Jamestown Community College Student Housing
Project Synopsis
This project is an on campus 220 bed dormitory project consisting of two buildings. Dormitory design is a suite style unit with semi-private bathrooms, living/study space and refreshment center. Four story buildings also have ancillary spaces consisting of laundry rooms, meeting/study spaces and office and resident director apartment.
Site elements feature a common pedestrian walkway, amphitheater and gazebo, along with required parking.
