Project Synopsis
Constructed along Niagara Falls Boulevard, the Boulevard Consumer Square features a neo-classical façade, which employs a curvilinear entrance canopy, flanked by stepped cornices supported by massive decorative columns.
The storefront exterior material consists mainly of brick masonry and is accented by glazed green brick banding and synthetic plaster. This is utilized together to offer a rich and unified appearance.
This Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects Power Retail Strip features tenants such as Barnes & Noble, Target, PETsMART, A.C. Moore, Bed Bath & Beyond and Best Buy.
