Project Synopsis
Wrangleboro Consumer Square is an 850,000sf power shopping center developed by Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects on an 80-acre parcel located near Atlantic City, New Jersey.
This center is host to anchor retailers such as Old Navy, Best Buy, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Target, Kohl’s and Borders as well as a variety of smaller retail and hospitality offerings.
The design of the center employed building materials of architectural concrete, synthetic plaster and metal to develop a unified architectural character yet allowed retailers their individuality by providing signage bands which offered multiple sign opportunities.
