Project Synopsis
Evans National Bank has expanded its operation by completing its ninth branch in the Western New York region and its first in the City of Buffalo. The new facility is located in a commercial building development designed by Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects along Delaware Avenue. The 2,500sf branch offers full-service banking with both a drive-thru ATM and a remote teller station.
The interior is designed to be warm and inviting and has a clerestory atrium at the lobby, creating a sense of volume in what would otherwise appear to be a small interior space.
