Project Synopsis
Nestled between the Eastgate Plaza and Transit Road, Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects designers developed a man-made pond.
Featuring decorative rep-rap, landscaping and a gazebo, the pond offers visual and textural relief to the Transit Road business district.
The development also acts as a signature entrance point for the plaza.
